No. The 9 January paper has one syllabus for all 16 posts, so the same course serves Delhi APP, CBI APP, TM & GI Examiner, Company Prosecutor and the others.

Why are Constitution, BNS, BNSS, BSA and Contract only in the test series?
Most aspirants have already studied them for judiciary or LLB. What they lack is practice in the UPSC pattern, so we give tests there and full classes on the special Acts, which most have never studied.
